heartbreak mural

This mural was commissioned by Heartbreak Coffee in Oxford, Mississippi (my hometown!). The owner wanted anthropomorphic frogs, a wild west theme, and a story about a runaway bride. The final illustration tells that story through three panels, with a limited color palette that is influenced by the dry, sandy colors of the wild west.

The mural was hand-painted by myself inside their main location on the Square in Oxford.
